Zip broke on first use

Easy enough to put together but the zip on the cover come off after first use. Tried contacting to get a replacement but was unable to get through to anyone.

i seem to be missing two pieces across the centre holes are there otherwise pleased one of friends went off to buy one as she liked the strong feel to it compared to others this is my first one hope the tomates like it.
